Q. Where do you ship from and where are you located?
A. We ship from one of our stores, if we don't have it in stock then we'll order from the supplier directly. 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. Our Inventory levels are linked to this website and should be 100% accurate and up to date. When you order the item will be dispatched same or next business day depending on what time you place your order. If it's for Click & Collect then you can pick up immediately.

Q. What if it doesn't fit?
A. We want you to be comfortable, we offer a 60 day return policy so as long as it's got the tags attached and is in the original packaging we'll refund or change the size. 

Q. How much is Shipping?
A. For all orders over $99 it's free. For everyone else it's AU$15.75 (Standard) or $19.75 (Express) for domestic customers. View our Shipping Policy for more details. 

Q. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can place an order from anywhere in the world, we're checking whether Jeff Bezos will be delivering further afield.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We processes all orders in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours. Please ensure you give us your email address so we can keep you informed.

Q. Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, ApplePay and GooglePay as well as Afterpay.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. Your Payment details are kept secure with Encryption & SSL certificate.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information? 

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
