Q. Where do you ship from and where are you located?

A. We ship from one of our three stores in Maroochydore, Caloundra or Morayfield, if we don't have it in stock then we'll order from the supplier directly. 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. If we have it in stock in one of our three stores then we'll dispatch same day, if you're on the Sunshine Coast that will mean same day or next business day delivery. If we don't have it in stock then we'll order from the supplier directly and as soon as it gets to us we'll get it to you same or next business day.

Q. How much is Shipping?

A. For all orders over $99 it's free. For everyone else it's AU$10 for domestic customers. View our Shipping Policy for more details. 

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from anywhere in Australia.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, ApplePay and GooglePay as well.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. Your Payment details are kept secure with Encryption & SSL certificate.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information? We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
