Shipping Cost (AUD):

$15.75 (Standard) & $19.75 (Express) for domestic Customers  (free over $99)

Shipping Time:

If we have it in stock in one of our stores we'll dispatch same or next business day, otherwise we'll order from our suppliers. We work very closely with our Suppliers to ensure a fast Processing & Shipping Time. As such, most parcels are delivered within 3 business days after ordering from us, with same day dispatch, depending on location it can take up to 10 days. Tracking Number:

To ensure Reliability for you, we provide Tracking Numbers for our Shipments. Check your Order Status Page or E-Mail for the Tracking Number.

Customs and Taxes:

Domestic customers - Prices include Taxes, no Customs apply.

Non-Australian customers:

The prices displayed on our site are in Australian Dollars (AU$). You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Returns:
