Production Assistant – Garment Decoration (Part-Time)

Location: Kawana / Birtinya

Hours: Approximately 15–30 hours per week

Flexible hours available including school-friendly shifts

Worklocker Sunshine Coast is looking for a reliable and detail-focused team member to join our production team assisting with garment decoration and order preparation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, likes following processes, and takes pride in producing quality outcomes.

About the Role

You’ll work within our garment decoration team helping produce branded uniforms, workwear and promotional products for businesses across the Sunshine Coast and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating heat presses for digital transfers and garment decoration

• Preparing garments for production and quality checking finished products

• Folding, packing and preparing customer orders

• Supporting other production functions during busy periods

• Following production processes and meeting daily deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

• Reliable and punctual

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for periods of time and handle garments and boxes

• Experience is not essential – training will be provided
