The local Sunshine Coast Community is at the heart of everything we do. The owners of the business live here and love the Sunshine Coast. We employ over 30 local hard-working Sunshine Coast locals and we do what we can, when we can to help as many local causes as possible.

Every year we get behind the amazing Give Me Five campaign run by 92.7 Mix FM which is a month-long festival of fundraising which raises money for children’s health services on the Sunshine Coast, so far raising almost $6 million for our youngest patients at local public hospitals.

In 2021 Worklocker Sunshine Coast became a Corporate Partner of Wishlist. Having supported the cause in various ways over the years the owners decided to make it official. Each year the Worklocker team man the phones during Wishlist Giving Day and to date have raised over $20,000.

We also support the Perry Cross Spinal Research Foundation (www.pcsrf.org.au). A cause close to one of the owners of the business who was playing in a rugby match at Ballymore in 1994, he went into a tackle and his life changed in an instant. He would never walk, feel, or breathe on his own, again. Perry was left a C2 ventilated quadriplegic.

It was his work with Christopher Reeve that inspired Perry Cross to launch Australia’s own foundation and he is now the President and Founder of the Perry Cross Spinal Research Foundation.

The Perry Cross Spinal Research Foundation has one main aim, to find a cure for paralysis. Perry’s motto is simple and he lives his life by it every day ‘Everything is possible.’

Each year the Worklocker Team participates in Sipweek.com and we also run themerchstore.com.au/ which sells the Perry Cross Merchandise.

If you have a cause that you would like Worklocker to support then please contact the team.
